Julio Milla as manager of Restaurante Agricultura and as part of the kitchen staff,
is above all a hard worker. He's demanding as a leader and a good cook.
He took on the restaurant in 2003. It was another age.
Since then, along with his staff, with effort and without leaving behind tradition,
he has been absorbing knowledge and as he explains, offering a seasonal cuisine.
Restaurante Agricultura is located in the city of Valencia, in the modernist
environment of La Xerea neighborhood.
The restaurant is in the headquarters of the Real Sociedad de Agricultura y Deportes
de Valencia, placed at the intersection of Paz Street and Comedias Street.
